Inclusion Criteria

1) Patient, fully understands the purpose of the study and agrees participation in the study
2) Patinet, diagnosed with functional constipation by ROME III criteria

? Straining during at least 1/4 (25%) of defecations
? Lumpy or hard stools in at least 1/4 (25%) of defecations
? Sensation of incomplete evacuation for at least 1/4 (25 %) of defecations
? Sensation of anorectal obstruction/blockage for at least 1/4 (25%) of defecations
? Manual maneuvers to facilitate at least 1/4 (25%) of defecations (e.g., digital
acuation, support of the pelvic floor)
? Fewer than three defecations per week

Loose stools are rarely present without the use of laxatives
Insufficient criteria for irritable bowel syndrome
Criteria fulfilled for the last ? months with symptom onset at least ? months prior to diagnosis

Exclusion Criteria

1) Patient who have abnormal finding in ensocopic or radiographic exam, within 2 years
2) Patient with gastrointestinal surgery, except for appendectomy and restoration surgery of inguinal hernia in the past
3) Patient with severe liver function, renal function, cardiac function, pulmonary function, and other systemic problem
4) Patient with drug hypersensitivity for Motilitone
5) Patient with lactose intolerance
6) Improper patient in the study, according to judgement of researcher
