Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:<br><br> - Severe carpal tunnel syndrome (per screening nerve conduction test - thenar motor<br> unit loss minimum two standard deviations between the mean for the age group)<br><br> - Failed conservative treatment (requires surgical intervention)<br><br>Exclusion Criteria:<br><br> - Preexisting neuropathy
