Inclusion Criteria
1. Child having deep carious tooth or teeth indicated for pulpotomy.
2.The subject teeth are primary molars with atleast two-third of the root length radiographically.
3.Signed informed consent by the parents.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Subject with spontaneous pain and periapical radiolucency
2.Subject tooth having previous or attempted pulpotomy, pulpectomy or root canal treatment.
3.Subject teeth with open or incompletely formed root apices.
4.Teeth showing signs/symptoms of pulpal necrosis.
5. Immunocompromized patients(HIV,Hepatitis B,C, Tuberculosis)
6. History of cancer within Oral-maxillofacial region.
