Inclusion Criteria
A. Patients more than 18 years of age - Closed fractures and Grade 1 compound fractures (Gustilo Anderson classification)
B. Fracture less than 2 weeks old
C. Reudi and Algower type I, II, III fractures
Exclusion Criteria
A. Patients less than18 years, patients more than 60years.
B. Medical contraindication for surgery.
C. Fracture more than 2 weeks old - Grade 2&3 compound Fractures (Gustilo Anderson classification)
D. Severely mangled extremity,
E. Pathological fractures
