Inclusion Criteria
Patients with age above 18 years diagnosed with nasal polyposis and willing to undergo endoscopic sinus surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with
a) uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension
and other significant co-morbidities
b) invasive fungal sinusitis
c) patients who have taken monteleukast pre-operatively
