Inclusion Criteria
Eligible subjects were healthy men and women who were between 20 and 30 years of age
Exclusion Criteria
Participants who
1) eat sweets such as candy, chocolate, and cake more than twice a day,
2) had a history of a gastrointestinal tract surgery or disease,
3) received antibiotics within 3 months,
4) took a pre-/pro-biotics within 6 months,
5) had diabetes,
6) had Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) score =16.
