Patients visiting the hospital with peri-implant inflammation
• A person who agrees to the study and is able to communicate
• Adults over 20 and under 70 with good overall health
• Those with mild to moderate inflammation and PPD exceeding 5 mm, bleeding or suppression upon probe, and loss of limbic bone exceeding 2 mm
• A person who has agreed to periodontal therapy (gingival curattage) after local anesthesia for the area of inflammation around the implant
• If there are multiple areas of inflammation around the implant in one person, select the worst area
• a person with an uncontrolled systemic disease
• A person who has taken antibiotics within one month of visit 1 or is likely to take antibiotics during the study period;
• Pregnant women or nursing women
• People with acute symptoms around the prosthesis
• A person who is sensitive to lactobacillus products including dairy products or has allergies (rhinitis, rash, diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting, itching, etc.)
• A person who has consumed lactobacillus-containing food or health functional food within one week of the first visit;
