1.First MBBS students in the age group of 18-25 years voluntarily involved.
2.Students without history of major illness in past like diabetes mellitus, depression, obesity.
1) Subjects who participated any physical activity like yoga, exercise in past 1 year.
2) Subject having musculoskeletal disorder Kyphosis, Scoliosis
3) Subjects with any cardiopulmonary disease like chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, emphysema
4) History of major trauma, cardiothoracic surgery.
