Bilateral ocular hypertension(IOP more than 21 and less than 30)
No optic nerve head and visual field changes.
visual acuity more than or equal to 6/12
Conversant in Hindi or English.
Willing to attend complete course of meditation
Patient having other comorbid ocular conditions other than glaucoma contribitiong to visual loss.
Patient having chronic systemic illness like diabetes, hypertension.
Patients with any ocular surgery in the previous 6 months.
Patients already practicing yoga or meditation in any form.
Patients who are deaf or communication impaired, significantly physically disabled or with subnormal mentation.
