Inclusion Criteria
1)Clinically diagnosed patient of Migraine without aura according to ICHD criteria.
2)Patients in age group of 18 to 65 years.
3)Irrespective of gender.
4)Patients, who are ready to sign the informed consent, follow the protocol and willing to participate in clinical study voluntarily
5)Willing to complete daily diary.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients below 18 years and above 65 years.
2)Patient who fail to follow up.
3)Patient who fail to give written consent. 4)Patient with known History Brain Tumors, Epilepsy, Stroke, Depression, Anxiety.
5)Patients suffering from systemic illnesses like, Diabetes Mellitus, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Malignancy, Liver and Kidney dysfunction.
6)Pregnant and lactating mother.

Name Time Method A.At least five attacks fulfilling criteria B-D <br/ ><br>B.Headache attacks lasting 4-72 hours (untreated or successfully treated) <br/ ><br>C.Headache has at least two of the following four characteristics. <br/ ><br>1.Unilateral location <br/ ><br>2.Pulsating quality <br/ ><br>3.Moderate or severe pain intensity <br/ ><br> Aggravation by or causing avoidance of routine physical activity (e.g., walking or climbing stairs) <br/ ><br> D. During headache at least one of the following <br/ ><br> 1.Nausea and/or vomiting <br/ ><br> 2.Photophobia and phonophobia <br/ ><br>E. Not attributed to another disorder <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 45 Days
