1. Heart failure patients with preserved ejection fraction
2. Patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy on echocardiography
3. People with normal echocardiographic study as controls
1.Left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVEF <50%)
2.Congenital Heart disease
3.Arrhythmias
4.Cardiomyopathies
5.Valvular Heart Disease
6.Chronic kidney disease
7.Deep vein thrombosis
8.Poor window for Echocardiography
9.Seriously ill and patients unable to lie down comfortable for the duration of the study
10.Patients in whom BP cuffs cannot be tied for any reason like absence of an arm, cellulitis/thrombosis of arm(s), severe pain during BP cuff inflation
11.Patients unwilling to participate for any reason
