- •1. Heart failure patients with preserved ejection fraction
- •2. Patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy on echocardiography
- •3. People with normal echocardiographic study as controls
排除标准
- •1.Left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVEF <50%)
- •2.Congenital Heart disease
- •3.Arrhythmias
- •4.Cardiomyopathies
- •5.Valvular Heart Disease
- •6.Chronic kidney disease
- •7.Deep vein thrombosis
- •8.Poor window for Echocardiography
- •9.Seriously ill and patients unable to lie down comfortable for the duration of the study
- •10.Patients in whom BP cuffs cannot be tied for any reason like absence of an arm, cellulitis/thrombosis of arm(s), severe pain during BP cuff inflation
- •11.Patients unwilling to participate for any reason
