Inclusion Criteria
ASA I AND II patients
Patients undergoing infraumblical surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
ASA III AND ASA IV patients
Patient refusal
Patients contraindicated for spinal anaesthesia
Patients having chronic pain and neurological problems and patients who is on NSAIDS or other analgesics

Name Time Method Time to VAS more than 3 i.e time to rescue analgesics in minutes noted & patients will <br/ ><br>be given Inj. Diclofenac 1.0mg/kg intramuscular as rescue analgesic once VAS <br/ ><br>exceeds 3. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: analgesia should be more than 8 hours
