No life threatening condition
Need to establish an intravenous route
Having the consent to participate in the study
Age between 18 to 65 years
No pregnancy
alertness

Exclusion Criteria

Having skin or vascular disorders
Having bleeding disorders
Suffering acute pain in any organ of the body during sampling
