Inclusion Criteria
Men aged 20-35 years; Insufficiently active (less than 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week).
Exclusion Criteria
Smokers; Chronic non-transmissible degenerative disease such as hypertension or diabetes; Use of any medication that influences the function of the cardiovascular system; Use of anti-inflammatory drugs; Any type of ergogenic agent; Bone or muscle limitation for maximum physical exertion.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method ess sensation of pleasure in high-intensity interval exercise, evaluated by the scale of feeling (i.e., 11 point scale) during the exercise (i.e., every 1 minute), verified by a difference of at least one point in the scale, when compared to the moderate-intensity continuous exercise.
