Inclusion Criteria
positive screening of a PTSD with the PC-PTSD-5
- able to understand German, English, French, Arabic, Farsi, Turkish, Serbian
- Owning a Tablet, PC or Smartphone for the audio-file
Exclusion Criteria
acute psychosis,
acute intoxication,
unable to give informed consent

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method For each of the groups there are three measuring points (T1, T2, Follow Up). The study duration per participant is approximately two and a half months. <br><br>The primary outcome is the change in trauma symptoms. The trauma symptoms should be significantly reduced in the intervention group compared to the control group from T1 to T2 and from T1 to Follow Up .
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcomes are depression and anxiety symptoms, as well as distress level and affective state. <br> <br>Depression and anxiety symptoms as well as distress levels should be significantly reduced in the intervention group compared to the control group over the measurement period. <br><br>The affective state in the intervention group should improve significantly compared to the control group over the measurement period.
