- •2.patients undergoing elective mandibulectomy or maxillectomy surgery
排除标准
- •1.patient refusal
- •2.history of allergy to study drug
- •3.patients on calcium channel blockers, beta blockers,ACE inhibitors, anticoagulant
- •4.h/o CVA,IHD,COPD
- •5.impaired renal function test, impaired liver function test.
- •6.preop HR of less than 45/min, second or third degree heart block
