Inclusion Criteria
1. Aged over 18.
2. Female.
3. The parent of at least 1 child.
4. Speak sufficient English to complete the questionnaires.
5. Have attended the intervention for less than 2 months at baseline.

Name Time Method Anxiety symptoms are measured using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire (GAD-7) at baseline and 6 months follow-up.

Health Literacy is measured using the Newest Vital Sign UK (NVS-UK) at baseline and 6 months follow-up.<br> 3. Social Capital is measured using the Arizona Social Support Interview Schedule (ASSIS) at baseline and 6 months follow-up.<br> 4.
