2. Age: 18 years or older
Exclusion Criteria
1. Individuals experiencing active and unmanaged psychosis,
2. Unable to provide informed consent
3. Not living permanently in participating villages
4. Under the age of 18 years
5. Living in households where appropriate safety measures cannot be ensured
