Inclusion Criteria

1.Clinical features of dantharsha namely

-incapability of teeeth to tolerate breeze

-intolerance to hot,cold or sour food substances.

2.Patients in the age group of 20-60 years irrespective of gender.

3.Patients having dentine hypersensitivity due to exposure of dentine as a result of loss of enamel will be included in the present study

(tooth wear with attrition, abrasion, erosion in moderate and severe form)

Exclusion Criteria

1.patients in the age group below 20 and above 60 years.

2.traumatic conditions of the oral cavity.

3.any acute infective conditions of the oral cavity like gingivitis, gingival recession tooth mobility and patients requiring surgical modalities such as root canal, pulpectomy will be excluded from the study.

4.any tumors of the oral cavity.

5.conditions where brushing is contraindicated.
