- •Patients of ASA grade I and II
- •Duration of surgery >1 hr.
- •Informed and written consent
排除标准
- •Patients with preoperative sore throat, cough and hoarseness
- •H/o respiratory infection within last 2 week
- •Allergy to study drugs
- •Preoperative treatment with corticosteroids
- •Patient with Mallampati grade III and IV
- •More than one attempt for orotracheal intubation
