Individuals with Schizophrenia spectrum Disorders/Recurrent Depressive Disorder/Bipolar Affective Disorder diagnosed by the treating psychiatrist based on the ICD criteria.

• To be aged between 18 years to 65 years.
• The patient has at least one year duration of illness.
• The individual has been hospitalized for mental illness in Institution of National Importance.
• Able to comprehend Hindi or English language.
• Patient has been residing at home with family members or caregivers within the 15 kilometer radius from Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Exclusion Criteria:
• Chronic mentally ill patients with co-morbid medical disorders (Ex: Cancer, HIV/AIDS, Neurological conditions, Renal failure etc,)

Name Time Method 1.Process of recovery Work and Social Adjustment Scale (WSAS)â?¤10 <br/ ><br>2. Relapse A patient is considered to be in relapse if he or she has unchanged BPRS/YMRS/BDI scores from that at admission or an increase of scores from that at admission in to the follow up at first, third and sixth month after administration of TNC. <br/ ><br>3. Readmission In the present study, more than one admission during data collection period is considered as readmission.Timepoint: Post-intervention continuous assessment on I, III & VI months.
