Patients undergoing tympanoplasty
Being at the age range of 18-60 years old
Being at class I and II ASA
Exclusion Criteria
Drug sensitivity to Labetalol and Lidocain
History of hypertension and heart disorders
Liver disorder
Renal disorder
Hormonal disorder
Having chronic pain
