Inclusion Criteria
age more than 18 year old
chronic wound more than 4 weeks
minimum wound size 4 cm2,
depth 10 mm.
expected the wound healed more than 15 days.
Exclusion Criteria
wounds on face,
malignancy
wound with fistula, exposed vital organ, major vessels, or implant material,
pregnancy, breastfeeding,
immunocompromised, current steroid or immunosuppressive drugs use, nonresponsive or uncooperative patients,
allergy to TCDO.
