Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Aged 1\-15 years
  • Undergoing tibial osteotomy at Siriraj hospital
  • Obtained consent from a guardian two surgeons

Exclusion Criteria

  • Pre\-existing pain e.g. from fracture, infection, etc.
  • Loss of sensation
  • Bleeding disorder
  • Allergy to NSAIDs, morphine, bupivacaine, paracetamol
  • eGFR \< 90 mL/min/1\.73 m2
  • Language barrier
