Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Aged 1\-15 years
- •Undergoing tibial osteotomy at Siriraj hospital
- •Obtained consent from a guardian two surgeons
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pre\-existing pain e.g. from fracture, infection, etc.
- •Loss of sensation
- •Bleeding disorder
- •Allergy to NSAIDs, morphine, bupivacaine, paracetamol
- •eGFR \< 90 mL/min/1\.73 m2
- •Language barrier
