- •Aged 1-15 years
- •Undergoing tibial osteotomy at Siriraj hospital
- •Obtained consent from a guardian two surgeons
排除标准
- •Pre-existing pain e.g. from fracture, infection, etc.
- •Loss of sensation
- •Bleeding disorder
- •Allergy to NSAIDs, morphine, bupivacaine, paracetamol
- •eGFR < 90 mL/min/1.73 m2
- •Language barrier
