Inclusion Criteria

  • •Aged 1\-15 years
  • •Undergoing tibial osteotomy at Siriraj hospital
  • •Obtained consent from a guardian two surgeons

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Pre\-existing pain e.g. from fracture, infection, etc.
  • •Loss of sensation
  • •Bleeding disorder
  • •Allergy to NSAIDs, morphine, bupivacaine, paracetamol
  • •eGFR \< 90 mL/min/1\.73 m2
  • •Language barrier
