Inclusion Criteria
Age over 65 years
Having at least reading and writing literacy
Willingness to participate in research
Sign the written consent
Exclusion Criteria
Participating in a similar training course
Taking sleeping pills
Drug abuse and Smoking
Suffering from cognitive diseases such as Alzheimer's based on obtaining a score of less than 24 on the brief examination of mental status

Name Time Method Sleep quality. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention, 8 weeks after the start of the intervention and 4 weeks after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire.;Mental health. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention, 8 weeks after the start of the intervention and 4 weeks after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Goldberg General Health Questionnaire.
