Inclusion Criteria
ï?¶Students studying in the selected schools of Udupi Urban and Rural areas of both English and Kannada medium schools.
ï?¶Students who give consent to participate in the study.
ï?¶Students who come under the schools of Kannada / English medium which were selected by Stratified Sampling technique.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Physical and mental abuse of girls is increasing each day in India. This can be3 prevented if the girls are able to resist it properly. For that, it is our responsibility to train them on how to handle the situation and how to manage the condition. For that, the training has to start school time onwards. If young adolescents are trained, they can utilize the condition for future incidents too. <br/ ><br>This cane be measured by the number of cases reported and with the knowledge scores.Timepoint: After one week of sessions.
