Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age over 65 years
  • •Having at least reading and writing literacy
  • •Willingness to participate in research
  • •Sign the written consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Participating in a similar training course
  • •Taking sleeping pills
  • •Drug abuse and Smoking
  • •Suffering from cognitive diseases such as Alzheimer's based on obtaining a score of less than 24 on the brief examination of mental status
