Inclusion Criteria
Undergoing cardiac MRI for ischaemic heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy and/or
hypertrophic cardiomyopathy & willing to undergo echo STE after completion of
MRI
Willing to provide written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Patients presenting with any of the following conditions will be excluded
1. Sustained arrhythmias
2. Pacemaker rhythm
3. Bad echo windows
4. More than mild pericardial effusion & any associated pericardial disease
5. More than mild to moderate AR, PR
6. Severe TR
7. Congenital heart disease
8. Right heart disease
9. Unstable patients
