1. Age group 18 to 65 years
2. Persons with Plantar fasciitis with tenderness on the medial tubercle of calcaneus, maximum pain in the heel during the first few steps in the morning or after prolonged inactivity and VAS more than or equal to 3
3. Both male and female patients will be recuited
Patients with the following criteria will be excluded from the study
1. Heel pain due to any other problem except plantar fasciitis
2. Previous history of local surgery of foot
3. Any fractures involving foot bones
4. Posterior heel pain due to Achilles tendon / bursitis
5. Metal implants, impaired sensations and stiffness in ankle and foot.
6. Neurological and vascular disease.
7. Systemic inflammatory disease
8. Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus
9. Patients who had received a corticosteroid injection or invasive therapy for plantar fasciitis within the previous 6 months or physiotherapy within the previous 3 months
10. With associated lower limb Radiculopathy
