入选标准
- •i.Must be properly investigated and diagnosed with frozen shoulder by registered Medical Doctors or Specialists.
- •ii.Age range 35-64 years old
- •iii.Newly referred frozen shoulder patients (Stage 1 and Stage II)
- •iv.Patients with moderate to severe pain (VAS > 3/10)
排除标准
- •i.History of bilateral concurrent frozen shoulder.
- •ii.Had past or present history of surgery (<6 months) at the shoulder area or any orthopedic surgery or receiving other of treatment rather than physiotherapy such as steroid use
- •iii.Had any history of shoulder trauma, fracture, GH osteoarthritis, inflammatory rheumatic disease, systemic inflammatory joint disease, malignancy or tumor or infection
- •iv.Injection of corticosteroids into the shoulder within the previous three months.
- •v.Neurologic motor or sensory deficiency in upper extremity such as post cerebrovascular accident, peripheral nerve injury, cervical radiculopathy, reflex sympathetic dystrophy etc.
