1. Primary pterygium
2. Patient who give consent
3. Any age group and sex
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with recurrent pterygium
2. Patients with other ocular and extraocular diseases like ocular surface pathologies.
3. Patients with pseudopterygium.
4. Patients with double headed pterygium
5. Refusal at enrollment
