Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Primigravida deliveries with caesarean section
  • •3\. Low midline or Pfannenstiel's incision
  • •4\. Newborn birth weight 2,500\-4000 g

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Unstable patient after operation
  • •2\. Need re\-operation within 24 hour
  • •3\. Skin disease at either ear
  • •4\. Have underlying condition that need urgent treatment
  • •5\. Have breast disease bilateral
  • •6\. Received domperidone
  • •7\. Refused to apply in this research
