Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Primigravida deliveries with caesarean section
- •3\. Low midline or Pfannenstiel's incision
- •4\. Newborn birth weight 2,500\-4000 g
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Unstable patient after operation
- •2\. Need re\-operation within 24 hour
- •3\. Skin disease at either ear
- •4\. Have underlying condition that need urgent treatment
- •5\. Have breast disease bilateral
- •6\. Received domperidone
- •7\. Refused to apply in this research
