- •Elderly people of the age group of 65\-79
- •Understands Odia /English/ Hindi
Exclusion Criteria
- •Elderly people will not complete the intervention
- •Those who are physically debilitated.
- •Diagnosed with acute and chronic mental disorders.
- •Having any chronic illness.
