- •3. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic renal surgeries

- •1. Chronic analgesic use
- •2. Patients unable to communicate or operate a PCA pump
- •3. Contraindications to a regional anaesthetic technique
- •4. Allergy to local anaesthetics
- •5. BMI >35
- •6. Diabetic mellitus
- •7. Patient refusal or no informed consent or both
