Inclusion Criteria
American Society of anesthesiologist class I-III patients aged 20-70 years.
-Patients undergoing thoracic surgery requiring unilateral lung ventilation
-Mallampati class of <3 patients
Exclusion Criteria
- Cervical spine disease or restricted head extension (<90°)
- Patients requiring rapid sequence intubation
- Presence of loose or vulnerable tooth
- Tracheobronchial abnormalities
- BMI = 35kg/m2
- Interincisor distance < 3cm
- Thyromental distance < 6cm
- Patient refuse
