severe pre-eclamptic G1 (first pregnancy) women with gestational age over 28 weeks and any of following situation: systolic blood pressure over 16 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure over 110 mmHg, constant proteinuria 2+ and over, liver enzyme rise over 1.5 times over the normal range, headache, impaired vision, epigastric pain, oliguria, serum creatinine value over 0.9, fetal intra-uterine-growth-retardation (IUGR), pulmonary edema, low platelets less than 100,000. Exclusion criteria: any systemic disease (diabetes, history of hypertension, autoimmune disease); smoking history; opium and drugs use.

Name Time Method Changes of uterine artery blood flow. Timepoint: before and after magnesium-sulfate injection. Method of measurement: Color-Doppler Sonography.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Infant's apgar. Timepoint: in 1st and 5th seconds of birth. Method of measurement: standard apgar measurment.;Infan's weight. Timepoint: imediately after birth. Method of measurement: with digital scale (Vore).;NICU requirement. Timepoint: till 3 days after birth. Method of measurement: addmiition in any reasons.
