Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All patients of coronary artery disease of eighteen years or older with written and informed consent having a borderline stenosis in coronary artery of 60\-70 percent

Exclusion Criteria

  • patients with acute coronary syndrome with ongoing chest pain or hemodynamic instability or persistent rhythm disturbances or patients not giving written consent. Patients with severe bronchial asthma or hypersensitivity to adenosine
