Inclusion Criteria
They had a physical health
They were able to complete all relevant questionnaires
They were aged 18-60 years
They lived in Bojnourd during the past six months
They could read and speak their native language (Persian).
Exclusion Criteria
overall mean age = 60 years
They had suffered mental disturbance, visual impairment, and upper limb disability.

Name Time Method Physical activity behaviors. Timepoint: The beginning of the study (before the intervention), immediataly after intervention, and 3 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: International Physical Activity Questionnaire.

Name Time Method utritional behaviors. Timepoint: The beginning of the study (before the intervention), immediataly after intervention, and 3 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) for Iranian.
