Patients aged 18 to 45 years old who underwent primary anatomical single bundle ACL reconstruction with BPTB graft. To determine the degree on anterior knee pain
Excluded were patients who had a preinjury symptomatic anterior knee pain or had other knee ligaments injury combined with the ACL (ipsilateral). Patients who underwent any cartilage procedure such as micro-fracture or meniscal repair were also excluded owing to the limiting of the knee range of motion(ROM) and the weight bearing capability postoperatively.
