Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed endometriosis patient and need laparoscopic surgery
- •willing to participate
- •Not on Statin medication
- •Never treated with GnRH agonist
- •Never treated with DMPA
- •No contraindication for simvastatin; abnormal liver function test
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants have side effects from medication such as myalgia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
- •Participants deny or withdraw
