- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
Primary study parameters are correlation coefficients between FFQ and food

diary for energy, protein, fatty acids, carbohydrates, fruit, vegetables and

fibre. Next to that we will also calculate correlation coefficients between FFQ

and biomarkers for protein, potassium and fatty acids. The height of these

correlations provide insight in how valid the FFQ is for ranking participants

according to differences in food intake.

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
An extra goal is to study the potential of sucrose/fructose as biomarker of

carbohydrates and/or mono-disaccharides, showing possibly another pattern of

overreporting or underreporting than for energy, fat and fruit and vegetables.
