- •patients refusal
- •patients with ASA III and ASA IV
- •nasal or maxillofacial deformity
- •deformity of chin, larynx or pharynx
- •base of skull lesion, upper airway lesions
- •history of radiotherapy in head and neck region
- •history of cervical spine disorders
