patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy
ASA I and ASA II
Exclusion Criteria
patients refusal
patients with ASA III and ASA IV
nasal or maxillofacial deformity
deformity of chin, larynx or pharynx
base of skull lesion, upper airway lesions
history of radiotherapy in head and neck region
history of cervical spine disorders
