- •1.Current Shoulder and neck pain
- •2.Recent history of surgery or trauma to neck
- •and shoulder
- •3. Any neurological dysfunction.
- •4.Any spinal deformity preventing scapular
- •position testing
- •5.Language/cognitive deficits that might limit
- •the informed consent.
- •6.Shoulder problems - adhesive capsilitis,
- •shoulder instability ,impingement
- •7.Cervical spine fracture or spinal stenosis
- •8.limited range of shoulder motion
- •9.Scapular dyskinesis
- •10.People on strength training for more than 5
- •11.BMI above 24
- •12.Pelvic asymmetry
