•Males and female subjects
•Age between 18 -35 years
1.Current Shoulder and neck pain
2.Recent history of surgery or trauma to neck
and shoulder
3. Any neurological dysfunction.
4.Any spinal deformity preventing scapular
position testing
5.Language/cognitive deficits that might limit
the informed consent.
6.Shoulder problems - adhesive capsilitis,
shoulder instability ,impingement
7.Cervical spine fracture or spinal stenosis
8.limited range of shoulder motion
9.Scapular dyskinesis
10.People on strength training for more than 5
h/week
11.BMI above 24
12.Pelvic asymmetry
