Brief Summary

TITLE: Comparison between cognitive training and mind motor training on memory attention and executive function in healthy elderly people.  AIM: the aim of the study is to compare the effect of cognitive training and mind motor training on memory, attention and executive function in healthy elderly people. Need of the study: several studies provide evidence for the effectiveness of cognitive training and mind motor training on healthy elderly population. but no studies present comparing the effect of cognitive training and mind motor training treatment on healthy elderly population. Moreover there is no evidence that mind motor training is effective for small duration treatment.

Inclusion Criteria
  • mini mental state examination > 24 2.
  • preserved instrumental activities of daily living scale.
  • age 65 years or older 4.
  • subjects who can speak and write both Hindi and English language.
Exclusion Criteria
  • psychological disorder 2.
  • unable to walk 3.
  • major illness 4.
  • poor vision, hearing and communicating ability.
