- •-Age 60-90 years
- •-Diagnosis of intracapsular femoral neck fracture and undergo bipolar hemihip arthroplasty
- •-ASA I-III
排除标准
- •-Bed-ridden or wheelchair patient before surgery
- •-History of deep vein thrombosis
- •-Hypercoagulable states
- •-BMI > 40 kg/m2
- •-Allergy to any of the ingredients of the periarticular injection solution
- •-Contraindication for Tranexamic acid use
- •-Ambulatory problems
