Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\-Age 60\-90 years
- •\-Diagnosis of intracapsular femoral neck fracture and undergo bipolar hemihip arthroplasty
- •\-ASA I\-III
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Bed\-ridden or wheelchair patient before surgery
- •\-History of deep vein thrombosis
- •\-Hypercoagulable states
- •\-BMI \> 40 kg/m2
- •\-Allergy to any of the ingredients of the periarticular injection solution
- •\-Contraindication for Tranexamic acid use
- •\-Ambulatory problems
