Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • \-Age 60\-90 years
  • \-Diagnosis of intracapsular femoral neck fracture and undergo bipolar hemihip arthroplasty
  • \-ASA I\-III

Exclusion Criteria

  • \-Bed\-ridden or wheelchair patient before surgery
  • \-History of deep vein thrombosis
  • \-Hypercoagulable states
  • \-BMI \> 40 kg/m2
  • \-Allergy to any of the ingredients of the periarticular injection solution
  • \-Contraindication for Tranexamic acid use
  • \-Ambulatory problems
