Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\-Age 60\-90 years
  • •\-Diagnosis of intracapsular femoral neck fracture and undergo bipolar hemihip arthroplasty
  • •\-ASA I\-III

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-Bed\-ridden or wheelchair patient before surgery
  • •\-History of deep vein thrombosis
  • •\-Hypercoagulable states
  • •\-BMI \> 40 kg/m2
  • •\-Allergy to any of the ingredients of the periarticular injection solution
  • •\-Contraindication for Tranexamic acid use
  • •\-Ambulatory problems
