Aged between 18 and 75 years
No history of malabsorption disease (short bowel syndrome or Crohn's disease)
Not having cirrhosis or abnormal liver function
Not having burn injuries
Having hemodynamic stability
Not pregnant
Patients requiring vasopressor infusion
Having study drugs allergies
Coadministration of astemizole, terfenadine, cyclosporine, theophylline, warfarin, or a monoamine oxidase inhibitor
Having gastrointestinal bleeding
Having bowel obstruction
Need for sedative therapy
