Birth weight 2500 grams and less; Age of admission time 72 hours and less; Non-use of oral and topical antifungals during the last month of pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria: Prohibition of oral intake such as congenital anomalies of the jaw and mouth and digestive system; Presence of confirmed neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis; Sepsis; Simultaneous intake of antifungal or injecting drugs such as fluconazole; nystatin and amphotericin in the baby; Use of dairy products containing prebiotic or probiotic in the neonate, and coagulation or liver tests of disturbed randomized Gastroesophilia and Amphalocell prior to reconstructive surgery.
