Inclusion Criteria
1. SMALL CENTRAL TYMPANIC MEMBRANE PERFORATION (GRADE I AND II)
2.DRY EAR
3. GOOD COCHLEAR RESERVE
Exclusion Criteria
1.Active mucosal disease
2.Squamosal disease
3.Revision ear surgery
4.Active nasopharyngeal or sinus infection
5.Suspected ossicular involvement with air-bone gap of >40 dB.
6.Sensorineural/ Mixed hearing loss
7.Systemic disease like uncontrolled Diabetes, uncontrolled Hypertension.
8.Deranged coagulation parameters.
