Inclusion Criteria

  • •adult patients (20\-80 yr) undergoing esophagectomy
  • •\- elective surgery
  • •\- patients who provide written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- age: \< 20 yr or \> 80 yr
  • •\- pregnancy
  • •\- emergency surgery
  • •\- patients with atrial fibrillation
  • •\- patients with liver cirrhosis
  • •\- patients with severe aortic valve regurgitation
  • •\- patients who refuse to enroll the study
